In the 74^th and final match of IPL 2022, Ferguson not only took the honors of bowling the fastest delivery of the match and the season but also edged past SRH’s dynamic bowler Umran Malik, who had earlier clocked a 157 kmph delivery against the Delhi Capitals during a group stage match this IPL.

Ferguson was awarded the fastest delivery of the match award and also won Rs 10 lakh for recording the quickest delivery of the season.
