Indian team’s star wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant’s car has met with an accident. He has suffered a lot of injuries due to the accident. The incident took place on the way back to Roorkee from Delhi. Pant’s car is badly damaged. Some photographs of the Indian star cricketer also surfaced, showing serious injuries.

25-year-old Rishabh Pant’s car collided with the divider. After this accident, a huge fire broke out in his car. Pant was admitted to the hospital after the accident.

Multiple injuries on the legs and body

According to the doctor, Pant has a severe leg injury. On the body, there are numerous, severe wounds. They’re being looked into at the moment.

Rishabh Pant is said to have been moved to the Hospital by the locals with the aid of 108 following the car accident.

According to media reports, the cricketer was the only person in the car at the time of the collision, and Uttarakhand Police Director General Ashok Kumar said that he broke the windscreen to escape the burning vehicle. He suffered head, knee, and shin injuries in the collision. Due to the possibility that his leg may have fractured, he was moved to the Max Hospital in Dehradun.

The images, which reflect how bad the collision must have been, are horrifying and show that his car is also completely burned.

Pictures of Pant that are circulating on social media show that he has injuries to his head and back.

Pant not selected for Sri Lanka series

The Indian cricket team will have to play the next series at home against Sri Lanka in the first week of January itself.

Team India has been announced for the series. But Rishabh Pant has been dropped from both these series.

The BCCI has not given any reason for his exclusion, but it has been reported from sources that Rishabh Pant is actually injured. Pant, already running unfit, was asked by the BCCI to report at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru.

Pant has involved in 33 Tests, 30 ODIs, and 66 T20Is for India, scoring 2271, 865, and 987 runs in each of these competitions, respectively. In 98 IPL games for the Delhi Capitals, a team he also captains, he has played and amassed 2838 runs.

Recently, Pant was a member of the Test team that triumphed against Bangladesh in Bangladesh. Details regarding his health are awaited, but from what it appears to be, Pant will need some time to recover from the terrible accident.
