Heartful Greetings From Cricket Players:
Cricketing legends Virat Kohli, Sachi Tendulkar, Hardik Pandya, Harbhajan Singh, and VVS Laxman took onto social media on Tuesday to convey colorful greetings to their fans on the eve of Holi.
Indian skipper Virat Kohli extended his wishes to fans on his official twitter handle. His wishes read, “Wishing everyone a joyful and a safe Holi. May the festivities bring a lot of colors to your life, #HappyHoli”.
Virat will be heading team India for three-match ODI series with the South Africa Tour of India. The ODI series would commence from March 12th and will be played in HPCA stadium, Himachal Pradesh. The second ODI match will be played in Ekana International Cricket Stadium Lucknow, while the final ODI will be host at iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
Ishant Sharma greetings read, “Heartfelt greetings to everyone on the occasion of Holi! May God bless you with wisdom, power, bliss, and happiness! Have a safe & a colorful one! #Holi #Holi2020”.
Sachin Tendulkar also wished his fans with a tweet in India’s national language, Hindi. The meaning Of the Tweet is “ Happy Holi to all countrymen. I wish this Holi brought color, peace, and new joys in your life”. Currently, Sachin Tendulkar is busy with the Road Safety World Series. The tournament has started on March 7th, and the final match will be held on March 22nd.
Spin bowler and CSK player, Harbhajan Singh, posted his family picture on his official twitter handle and wished his fans, “Happy Holi Everyone.”
Shikar Dhawan, who was recently included in the 15 member India squad for the upcoming ODI series against South Africa, also posted his family picture on Twitter with “ Holi mixes with loved ones, Holi brings colors of happiness!”.
A player from Chennai Super Kings Deepak Chahar also posted pictures on the occasion of the festival of colors on Instagram. Deepak Chahar and Harbajan Singh will be seen playing together in the 13th edition of IPL, which is starting on March 29th.
Hardik Pandya posted his family picture along with his dog and wished his fans as captioned with “Happy holidays from the Pandyas #Holi hai.”
The former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman posted on Twitter as “Heartiest wishes to you all on the auspicious occasion of Holi. May this festival of colors bring unending cheer and joy to you and your families”.
