IPL 300 sixes in 17 games: IPL 2024 is emerging as one of the best seasons in terms of power hitting with teams smashing 300 sixes in 17 games, breaking last year’s record of 259 after 17 games.  

Fans have already witnessed a bonanza of runs in many games, and the highest score of 263 in 20 overs set by Royal Challengers Bangalore, now Bengaluru in 2013 was also broken.

Teams have set new top two scores in IPL 2024, the power hitting games also contributed much to this record.  

Sunrisers Hyderabad posted 277 against Mumbai Indians to set the new highest total ever in IPL history. As many as 38 sixes were hit in that SRH vs MI game, setting a new record.
