On June 14, the semi-final stage of the current Ranji Trophy will begin in Bengaluru. After defeating Jharkhand, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Karnataka in their respective quarterfinal games in Bengaluru from June 6 to June 10, Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai, and Uttar Pradesh advanced to the semifinals. In the first quarterfinal, Bengal drew with Jharkhand and qualified on the basis of the first innings score. Mumbai advanced to the semifinals by defeating Uttarakhand by a record margin of 725 runs in the second round.

Uttar Pradesh defeated Karnataka by 5 wickets in the third quarterfinal, while Madhya Pradesh defeated Punjab by 10 wickets in the fourth quarterfinal.

Semifinal 1: Bengal vs Madhya Pradesh in the first semi-final – June 14 to 18

Semifinal 2: Mumbai vs Uttar Pradesh – June 14–18

At the Karnataka Cricket Association Ground in Alur, the first semi-final between Bengal and Madhya Pradesh is set to take place. At 9:30 a.m. IST, the game will begin.

At the Just Cricket Academy Ground in Bengaluru, the second semifinal between Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh is set to take place. At 9:30 a.m. IST, the game will begin.

Meanwhile, the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru will host the final of India’s prestigious first-class championship from June 22 to June 26.
