Virat Kohli, the captain of India faces an investigation into a possible conflict of interest about his positions in two different business firms. A member of the Cricket Association of Madhya Pradesh, Sanjeev Gupta has suspected that different positions of Kohli are in violation of the rules of BCCI that obstructs a person from holding different positions. According to Gupta, co-directors of Kohli at Virat Kohli Sports (LLP) and Cornerstone Partners (LLP) were also directors of Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment Private Limited.
