“Shaw could’ve been picked for England Tests” – Aakash Chopra

Prithivi Shaw was seen in an amazing form during the IPL 2021. Despite his excellent performance in the cash-rich tournament, he was not a part of India’s 20-men test squad for England’s Tour. Akash Chopra has opened on this and said – “Prithvi Shaw would be my first choice because he has been batting amazingly well. This is only about the form, nothing else. Agree the form is in a different format but this boy is solid. So, when you talk about a huge squad and five-six Test matches that are going till September, could you have thought about Prithvi Shaw”.
