On this day, 25 years ago former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly has scored his first test century. He has scored his first-ever test ton against England on Day 3 of the 2nd Test at Lords. Ganguly came down to bat at No.3 and made 131 runs in 301 runs which include 20 boundaries. He has scored 18,575 runs across all the international formats of his career and in 2019 he became the president of BCCI.
