IPL 2020: KM Asif Becomes 1st Player To Breach Bio-Secure Bubble In UAE

During the IPL 2020, KM Asif, the Chennai Super Kings pacer, became the first player to break the bio-secure bubble. The right-arm pacer subsequently underwent a six-day long quarantine period and is back in training with the three-team franchise based in Chennai. It was learned that after KM Asif lost the key to his hotel room, the breach took place. He went to the reception after the mishap to get a replacement key, which happened to be a violation of the protocols as the reception does not come under the bubble of CSK.
