Chris Gayle Becomes First Player To Hit 1,000 Sixes In T20 Cricket

Chris Gayle of West Indies has been the first player ever in cricket history to smash 1,000 sixes in T20 cricket. When he was dismissed for 99 runs as Kings XI Punjab posted an intimidating total of 185 runs on the board during the Indian Premier League, Chis Gayle missed another Twenty20 century. The Kings XI Punjab heroics were not enough to save Steve Smith from leading the Rajasthan Royals to a seven-wicket victory.
