Ireland’s captain Andrew Balbirnie will make his way to Glamorgan in the upcoming T20 Blast in England this year. His NOC was accepted by Cricket Ireland, making it eligible for all ten matches and knockouts, if necessary. “I’m very pleased to see the deal go ahead; it’s a great opportunity, and having spent a couple of years at Cardiff during my university days, it’s a city I know pretty well,” Balbirnie said. I’m just looking forward to going over and going for Glamorgan. Balbirnie was recently in England for a three-game ODI series when he scored his sixth hundred in format, a match-winning effort.
