Amir tests negative for COVID-19 again, cleared to join side in England

Mohammad Amir, the left-arm pacer of Pakistan has cleared his second COVID-19 test on Thursday and found negative. Now, he is ready to join the Pakistan team in England. Specifically, Amir only plays shorter formats of cricket. In a release, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said “Now we will make arrangements to send Muhammad Amir, and Muhammad Imran to England so that they can join the national team in Derbyshire.” Last year when Amir declared his retirement from Test Cricket, many fans including the head coach of Pakistan as well as chief selector of Pakistan disappointed.
