Rohit Sharma was a member of the side that played Leicestershire in a four-day exhibition match before the pivotal Test match against England, which will start on July 1 at the Edgbaston in Birmingham. In India’s second innings on Saturday, Rohit did not bat despite having played in the first innings on Thursday. In the first innings of the exhibition game, he scored 25 runs before being struck out.
