The series decider was played at Kensington Oval in Barbados, where the incident occurred. Joseph was unhappy with the field placement during the fourth over of the game.
Despite bowling a maiden and getting the wicket of Jordan Cox on the fourth ball of the same over, Joseph refused to celebrate the wicket. He instead was seen having a heated verbal exchange with team’s captain before leaving the field in rage.

The West Indies fielded with only 10 players in the fifth over of the match until Joseph returned in the 6th over.
The right-arm pacer ended the game with a figure of 2 for 45 off 10 overs after taking the wickets of Cox and Dan Mousley.
His spell was crucial, as it provided support to Matthew Forde (35 for 3) and Romario Shepherd (33 for 2) to restrict England to 263.
West Indies vs England ODI series
West Indies made a statement by defeating the star-studded England 2-1 in the three match ODI series.
Interestingly, all three games ended in favour of the chasing teams. West Indies won the series opener before Liam Livingstone masterclass with the bat levelled the series 1-1.
The third was the decider, in which England posted 263 while batting first. West Indies, in reply, chased down the target in 43 overs with 8 wickets in hand, thanks to Brandon King’s 102 and Keacy Carty not out 128.
Matthew Forde bagged the player of the series award for claiming eights in three games at an average of 16.38.
