What is Maharaja Trophy?
The Maharaja Trophy T20 2023, a domestic T20 competition organised by the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), will take place in August of this year; here is the whole schedule, with fixtures and match dates.
The competition, originally known as the Karnataka Premier League, was renamed to its current name last year and involves elite players from the state of Karnataka. Shriram Capital is the title sponsor.
The Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) will host the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 event on August 7 at Mysore and Bengaluru. 18 of the 34 matches will be hosted in Mysore, with the remaining 16 in Bengaluru. The final match will be contested on August 26 at Bengaluru’s Chinnalaswamy Stadium.
Dedicated to Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadia (late Maharaja). The game will be broadcast on Star Sports, and live streaming will be available through the Disney+Hotstar programme. Senior Indian players such as Mayank Agarwal, Manish Pandey, and Devdutt Padikkal will compete in the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2023.
