He was immediately attended by the on-field medical help on the field and rushed to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
BCB’s chief physician, Dr. Debashish Chowdhury, confirmed that Tamim underwent an ECG after complaining of discomfort in chest. Initial tests indicated some cardiac issues, but the exact heart condition wasn’t immediately crystal clear. With his situation not being improved, Tamim was later transferred to another hospital, where doctors determined he had suffered a massive heart attack.
