According to the source, Maqsood had an MRI scan and was having difficulty walking. The ultimate decision on Maqsood’s participation would be made once the final report is received.

Sohaib Maqsood has 273 runs at an avg. of 13.65 with a strike rate of 116.67 in 26 T20Is for Pakistan. Maqsood’s replacement, Shoaib Malik who will be one among the Pakistan cricket legends.
Malik has bagged 2335 runs in 116 T20I appearances for Pakistan, making him the second-highest run-scorer in the format. In T20I cricket, the right-handed hitter has an avg. of 31.13 and has struck 8 fifties. In T20Is, Malik has also picked up 28 wickets with the ball.
