SL vs NZ 2nd Test Day 2

The duo of Kamindu Mendis and Kusal Mendis shocked New Zealand with their century knock on the SL vs NZ 2nd Test Day 2 match to provide Sri Lanka a solid momentum.

Kamindu Mendis, who scored a ton in the first match, continued his good touch, smashed yet another century and remained unbeaten at 182. While Kusal Mendis provided full support to Kamindu and completed his tenth test century, as Sri Lanka declared their first innings at 602 for 5.

Sri Lanka’s move to ask New Zealand to bat for the last 14 overs of the day worked well for the hosts, and they got the wicket of Tom Latham for two and Devon Conway for nine, as New Zealand ended day 2 at 22 for 2.
