SA20 2025 Complete Details
The SA20 tournament for the 2025 season will feature six franchises, maintaining a familiar format since the past seasons. Teams will compete in a double-round phase, where each team faces each other twice. This will be followed by playoffs, including two qualifiers, one eliminator, and a Final.
The participating franchises are Durban’s Super Giants, Joburg Super Kings, MI Cape Town, Paarl Royals, Pretoria Capitals, and the defending champions, Sunrisers Eastern Cape. The tournament will be held across six different South African stadiums, which include St George’s Park Cricket Ground in Gqeberha hosting the first qualifier. Centurion Park will stage the remaining two playoffs, and the final, scheduled for February 8, will take place at the renowned Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg.
