Rohit Sharma to leave Mumbai Indians?: Rohit Sharma is not happy with the new skipper, Hardik Pandya’s Captaincy at the Mumbai Indians is not up to the mark according to the former MI skipper Rohit Sharma.

This talk escalated like any thing, the decision are being argued between the two players as seen in the last game, which is not providing a good environment at the dressing room.  The heated arguments and debates are taking joy of lime light because of the two cricketers.

Indian team’s skipper Rohit  Sharma in not happy with the current Mumbai Indians Captaincy and it is reported that he can leave Mumbai Indian this season around. Rohit Sharma who is  36, has been with the Mumbai Indians since 2011. He joined Mumbai Indians for Rs 9.2 crore. He is the franchise’s leading run scorer and most-capped player in the IPL.

In 201 IPL matches, he has scored 5110 runs so far. He won five IPL titles as captain of the Mumbai Indians. But he was ousted from the leadership post last year before of the IPL 2024 auctions. He was replaced by Hardik Pandya as the skipper of the franchise

As reports in media states that a MI player has revealed that Rohit is dissatisfied with Hardik Pandya’s captaincy, which has caused tension in the dressing room as well. The lack of positive results for MI makes matters worse, as criticism has enveloped the team collectively. As the franchise this time is at the bottom of the league table with no positive results so far.

The tensed atmosphere emerged in the Mumbai Indians team was  during the team’s first IPL 2024 encounter, which took place on March 24 against the Gujarat Titans. Hardik and Rohit were spotted with masks in numerous occasions during that match, which made the netizens spot them in different shade.

The decision to transfer Hardik the franchise’s new captain has not gone well with Mumbai Indians fans, who have booed Pandya in the first three games.

In terms of Hardik’s performance, the all-rounder has received harsh criticism from fans and game experts for sending Tim David ahead of him in the run chase against GT and not using Jasprit Bumrah when Sunrisers Hyderabad’s batters were on fire against MI during the second match on March 27 in Hyderabad.

The critisim has taken peak for him at every platform but a the younster is taking it smoothly and working on the part. Mumbai Indians should give a break to the  player to get back fresh in the long league. Hope this can help, one can eliminate the social media but how to tackle the 50 thousand boos standing at the middle of the crease.
