Rajat Patidar Becomes Fourth Skipper To Get Fined

RCB Win At Wankhede After 10 Years

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), under Rajat Patidar’s captaincy, displayed their all-round performance to defeat Mumbai Indians (MI) by 12 runs in Wankhede Stadium after 10 years.

RCB showcased their ability in both batting and bowling. Yesterday’s match showcased RCB’s strong batting lineup. However, Phil Salt getting out after scoring fewer runs for the second time straight is a concern for RCB.

Meanwhile, the bowling unit displayed the ability to take wickets. Patidar also used spinners Suyash Sharma and Krunal Pandya wisely in the game. RCB could work on their bowlers to be economical in the games. Moreover, their top-order should stay on the crease for a longer duration.

Mumbai Indians (MI) is currently struggling with their top order. Rickelton and Rohit are either a hit or a miss. MI’s bowling unit is suffering as they don’t have any experienced spinners to lead from the front. In addition, the return of Jasprit Bumrah has not added much assistance to the fast bowling. MI should work on their first-order batters to anchor the innings. In addition, pacers Trent Boult and newly returned Bumrah should take charge.
