Maddinson & Richardson’s Brilliance Restricts Stars’ To 126

Stars’ innings have had a terrible start, as they struggled to post a decent total for Renegades. Travis Dean 32 (26) and Hilton Cartwright 41 (29) were only the couple of batsmen who scored some decent marks for their side. And the other batters were unable to pick the line and length pitched by the Renegades bowlers. Renegades have had a dismal performance in the ongoing BBL, but it appeared to be quite exciting as their bowling unit looked outstanding, scooping up back-to-back wickets.

Nic Maddinson, in particular, proved to be extraordinary for Renegades, as he bagged three crucial wickets of Stars’ top-order batters who were having a destructive track record. Kane Richardson and Topley seemed to be aggressive along with Maddinson, who also picked 3-wickets each to restrict Melbourne Stars to 126.

Melbourne Stars Innings 126-10 (20 Overs)
