Starting for the side, Quintin De Kock with Kl Rahul, gave good start, But KL Rahul went off early with 20 off 14 to Maxwell. Padikkal made it a lucky day  for Mohammed Siraj. Stoinis with De Kock made it a point to give big score, but Stonis went off at 24. With the frequent loss of the wickets De Kock went safe and fiery at the same time.

Starting smooth with Virat Kohli and Faf Du Plessis, but thing could remain sorted for RCB as Devdutt Padikkal did the initial jobs for the side dismissing the openers in the power play, a big blow to the  chase. Star all rounder Karthik went in with the winning hopes with the Impact player Mahipal Lomror on the crease. Dinesh Karthik could not make an impact today with the bat, But Lomror tried to hit big and went off at the long off to Pooran, with 33 off 13 balls which seems a good addition to minimize the difference.

Topley and Siraj gave the final try but could not cross the winning line, RCB lost the match by 28 run. Mayank Yadav remains the highest wicket taker for the side clinching 3 for the side whereas Naveen took 2 for the side. While the other bowlers with Siddharth, Ravi, Stoinis and Thakur with 1-1 each in their bag. Quinton De Kock remains the highest run getter for LSG, 81 off 56

LSG won the match by 28 runs.
