“It seemed like T10 or were they playing a 15-over-a-side match? Kolkata had crushed Bangalore also like that earlier but there it was 92 runs, here it was 155 but they went on hitting. This team has a different style”, he added.
Aakash Chopra took it to his official Twitter account and predicted that KKR would play the finals of this edition of the IPL. He also made another shocking prediction wherein Chopra stated that he won’t be surprised if the five-times IPL champions, MI doesn’t make it to the playoffs this season.
Earlier in the first half of the season, Kolkata Knight Riders won just 2 matches from 7 video games. Now, they’ve made a massive comeback winning both their matches. Batting has been excellent while the finishers are not been tested yet.
On the other hand, the spinning department has done their job in both the matches picking up wickets and breaking the momentums. They have high chances of making it to the playoffs and they’re currently in the 4th position in the table.
