India is gearing up for an exciting six-match white-ball series against Bangladesh this August. The Board of Control for Cricket in India has officially unveiled the tour schedule, confirming three ODIs and three T20Is to be played across Mirpur and Chattogram. The action begins with the ODI series, with the first two matches scheduled at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur on August 17 and August 20.
The series finale will shift to Chattogram on August 23. Following the ODIs, the T20I leg kicks off in Chattogram on August 26, before returning to Mirpur for the final two games on August 29 and August 31.
India has historically dominated both formats—winning 33 of 42 ODIs and 16 out of 17 T20Is against Bangladesh. However, Bangladesh has proven to be a formidable opponent at home, having clinched the ODI series 2-1 during India’s last tour in 2022/23. India, on the other hand, bounced back with a 3-0 T20I series win at home in 2024.

India’s home and away series in 2025
Indian team will be leaving for England for a five-match test series, starting June 20 and concludes on August 4. Following that the Indian cricket team will travel to Bangladesh in August itself, and Australia in October-November.
India’s home season kicks off with a two-match Test series against the West Indies, beginning October 2 in Ahmedabad. The historic Eden Gardens in Kolkata will host the second Test from October 10, promising a traditional red-ball showdown between the two sides.
Next up, South Africa will arrive in India for a full-fledged tour that spans all three formats. The series starts with a marquee Test in New Delhi on November 14, followed by a historic second Test in Guwahati from November 22—a venue that will host a Test match for the first time, adding extra buzz to the encounter.
Following the red-ball battles, the focus will shift to white-ball cricket as both teams lock horns in a three-match ODI series. The 50-over games will be played in Ranchi (Nov 30), Raipur (Dec 3), and Visakhapatnam (Dec 6).
The tour will wrap up with an electrifying five-match T20I series, set to dazzle fans across multiple cities. The grand finale of this high-voltage series is scheduled in Ahmedabad on December 19.
