India to Host West Indies and South Africa
The Board of Contol for Cricket in India (BCCI) will host the West Indies for a two-match Test series in October 2025, this series makes the Caribbean’s first Test series in India in 12 years. The series will kick off in Mohali on October 2, with the second game will be played at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata from October 10. So Let’s take a look at India to Host West Indies and South Africa.
The West Indies last toured India in 2013-14 for a Test series, which was also marked God of Cricket’s final International appearance. However, West Indies’ most recent visit to India was in 2022 which is for a 3-match ODI and 3-match T20I series.

India to Host South Africa for Historic Test in Guwahati, Nov 2025
Following this exciting West Indies series, India will also host South Africa for a full tour in November. This series will feature two Tests, Three ODI, and five T20Is, with the matches performing as practice for the T20 World Cup scheduled in India the following year. The first Test will be played in Delhi, while 2nd Test match will be hosted by The Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, this match makes the first-ever test match at this venue.
Meanwhile, the ODI series will begin in Ranchi on November 30, followed by the second ODI in Raipur on December 3, and the third ODI in Visakhapatnam on December 6. The T20I series will start on December 9, with matches also scheduled for December 11, 14, 17, and 19.
Women’s ODI World Cup 2025: Host Cities Revealed, Final TBD
India is also set to host the highly anticipated ICC Women’s ODI World Cup in September, but the actual dates are yet to be confirmed. The initial match will take place in Visakhapatnam, with other venues including Guwahati, Mullanpur (Punjab), Thiruvananthapuram, and Indore. The location for the final is still to be decided.
