England Best Playing 11 for T20 WC: The defending champions are ready to defend their title with a power packed squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024, starting 2024.
Jos Buttler became the second English captain to lift the ICC T20 cup in 2022 after Paul Collingwood’s heroics in 2010 and is now prepared again to lead his side to another triumph.
There are plenty of options in front of the team for opening slots, and the team wants to put forward their best opening combination, Jos Buttler and Phil Salt.

Salt is currently the second ranked batter in ICC T20 rankings and has played exceptionally well in the toughest T20 league in the world, Indian Premier League (IPL).
The right-arm wicketkeeper batter has scored 435 runs in 12 IPL matches with a strike of 182.01.
Will Jacks is another solid English man, who played well in the IPL this year. Jonny Bairstwo had a mixed IPL season, but he was part of the team, who chased down the highest ever successful total in T20 cricket, 262, while playing for Punjab Kings. Bairstow struck 108 not out in 48 in that game.
