Jake Fraser and Abhishek Porel came in to bat, The duo gave great break through at the start and used the powerplay to the fullest. But Jake gave great break though and went off just after the power play at 114/1 making 84 for 27 with a strike rate of 311.11. Abhishek then paired with Shai Hope but could not stay on the crease and went off at 36. Then Shai Hope and Rishabh Pant took it safe and sound to good level with some awesome cricketing shots. Shai Hope did his job yet not fullest, departed at 41 off 17 with a fiery strike rate of 241.18
Then Tristan Stubbs gave a spark to the Delhi Innings playing around all over the rope with Rishabh Pant. Stubbs knocked six 4s and 2 sixes adding 48 runs on the board after Pant departed at 29 in the 19th over.

In the attack Piyush Chawla gave the 1st break through to the side dismissing Jake in the 8th over. After that Mohammad Nabi took off Abhishek Porel’s wickets. Adding to this Luke Wood dismissed Shai Hope and Jasprit dismissed Pant with a slow bouncer.

Rasikh Saleem clinced to major batters Hardik and Nehal Wadhera in the same over and broke the chase momentum of Mumbai’s chase.
Tilak Verma gave the back to the Mumbai Indians with Tim David but Tim David did his addition with 37 runs and gave a good fight back in the chase with Tilak Verma. But could not get to the winning line but played a massive knock of 63 off 32. Mumbai falls less of balls and got a 10 run defeat by Delhi Capitals.
