After the highly successful ACC Womens’s version of Emerging Teams Asia Cup, the stage is now set for the ACC Mens Emerging Teams Asia Cup, starting July 13.
The ACC Mens Emerging Teams Asia Cup will consist of 15 matches, beginning on July 13 and concluding on July 23. All matches of the ACC Mens Emerging Teams Asia Cup will be held at three venues – Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo, R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium, and P Sara Oval.
Each team will compete in a single round-robin method, with the top four teams qualifying to the semi-finals and the top two advancing to the final.
The event will feature seven ‘A’ teams, as well as Nepal. They were split into two groups of four teams each.
How many teams are participating in ACC Men’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup?
Eight teams will be taking part in this edition of the ACC Mens Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023.
The competition will include ‘A’ teams from the Asian Cricket Council’s full members – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan – as well as three sides from the ACC Men’s Premier Cup – UAE A, Oman A, and the Nepal national squad.

What is the format of ACC Men’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup?
The eight teams will compete in a single round-robin format for a total of 12 matches.
The top two teams from each group then advance to the semi-finals. The two semi-finals will take place on July 21 and the final on July 23. The top two teams will then compete in the final game on July 23.
