Lucknow Super Giants have been one of the most formidable teams this season. In their inaugural season itself, Lucknow has built a solid base for themselves. They assembled a strong squad in the auctions. LSG built on the good work in the league stages too. At the halfway stage, LSG had four wins from seven games. The Royal Challengers Bangalore had to wait for the Mumbai and Delhi game to know their fate. MI’s win over DC helped RCB qualify for the playoffs. They will consider themselves fortunate to qualify in this manner. But RCB to their credit has done multiple things right this season.
