RCB’s last win against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in Lucknow listed them as the only team to win all away-from-home league matches in IPL. RCB surpassed Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Mumbai Indians (MI), jointly owning the record of winning the most matches away from home. KKR and MI had recorded seven wins out of eight away-from-home league games.

- Third win, RCB beat MI by 12 runs in Mumbai.

- Fifth win, RCB beat PBKS by seven wickets in New Chandigarh
- Sixth win, RCB won against DC by six wickets in Delhi
- Seventh win, RCB defeated LSG by six wickets in Lucknow
Defeating LSG in their last league match, RCB acquired second position in the points table. With 19 points in the account, RCB will compete against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Qualifier One tomorrow in New Chandigarh. Previously, RCB has entered the playoffs nine times. Moreover, RCB was runner-up in the 2009, 2011, and 2016 IPL seasons.
