MI vs SRH Match Highlights for 33rd Match of Indian Premier League 2025

Mumbai Indians continued their resurgence in the tournament with a confident 4-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad at home, chasing down a target of 163 with 11 balls to spare. So Let’s take a look at MI vs SRH Match Highlights for 33rd Match of IPL 2025.

A solid all-round performance from MI ensured they stayed ahead for most of the match, with key contributions from Ryan Rickelton, Will Jacks, and Suryakumar Yadav in the chase, supported by disciplined bowling spells from Boult, Bumrah, and Jacks.

Meanwhile, SRH’s batting looked inconsistent once again, and their bowling couldn’t hold off MI’s aggressive middle order in the latter stages.

Mumbai Indians vs Sunrisers Hyderabad highlights

Sunrisers Hyderabad, after being put in to bat, managed a modest 162/5 in their 20 overs. Abhishek Sharma set the tone early with a quick 40 off 28, but MI’s bowlers kept striking at regular intervals. Will Jacks made a significant impact with the ball, dismissing both Travis Head and Ishan Kishan.

Heinrich Klaasen’s 37 off 28 was the only other notable contribution before he was bowled by Bumrah at a crucial stage. Aniket Verma (18*) and Cummins (8*) finished the innings with a small flourish, but the total looked under par on a good batting surface.

In reply, Mumbai Indians started aggressively. Rickelton was once again impressive at the top, scoring 31 off 23 before falling to Harshal Patel. Rohit Sharma (26 off 16) and Suryakumar Yadav (26 off 15) played impactful cameos, while Will Jacks’ 36 off 26 helped keep MI ahead of the rate.

Despite losing a couple of quick wickets late in the innings, Tilak Varma’s composed 21* and Santner’s support were enough to see them home comfortably in the 19th over. Eshan Malinga was the pick of the SRH bowlers, claiming 2 wickets, but the rest of the attack lacked bite.

This marks Mumbai’s third victory this season and their second consecutive win, bringing them some much-needed momentum in the middle phase of the league. For SRH, it was another disappointing outing, as they faced their fifth defeat in seven games.
