ICC ODI World Cup 2023: When and how to book tickets for India’s matches?
World Cup 2023 tickets: ICC announces phase-wise tickets for India matches. It will go on sale on August 30. Non-India matches from August 25.
Following the announcement of a revised schedule for the ODI World Cup 2023, involving revisions to nine matches, including India vs. Pakistan, the International Cricket Council (ICC) said on Thursday that tickets for the premier event will go on sale on August 25. The tournament kicks off on October 5 with a match between last year’s finalists England and New Zealand at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.

To alleviate fan confusion, the ICC has also announced that tickets for India matches will be released in stages. Tickets for all non-India matches and non-India warm-up matches will go on sale on August 25.
This implies that, with the exception of India, tickets for all matches of nine countries – England, Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and the Netherlands – can be purchased beginning August 25.

Things become more complicated for India matches because the ICC has opted to separate ticket sales based on venue. Tickets for India’s warm-up games will go on sale on August 30. Tickets for the main round will go on sale on August 31. Notably, tickets for the India vs. Pakistan match, which will now be played on October 14 rather than October 15, can be purchased beginning September 3.

- September 15: Semi-finals (at Mumbai and Kolkata) and Final (at Ahmedabad)
