I Can’t Tolerate Some People In Commentary Box:
Yuvraj Singh, the former-Indian all-rounder, said on Monday he is not interested in taking a commentary role at the moment. The stylish left-hander retired from all forms of the game last year.
Speaking in an Instagram Live video with former India teammate Mohammad Kaif, Yuvraj opened up on what he wants to do after retirement. Kaif, who also declared retirement last year, took on a commentary role and asked Yuvraj when he will be joining him in the comment box.
In response, Yuvraj joked about being unable to tolerate a few people. “The ones you will get along within the comment box, I cannot tolerate some people (laughs),’ he said. “It really depends if I will want to commentate when the time comes.
I would like to do the ICC events-T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup. I don’t believe I should make any commentary all the time. I don’t have the patience to sit back all the time and talk about cricket. I am not able to do that, “he said.

Yuvraj added that it is also difficult for him to judge the young cricketers that the commentators do. “The field player knows the burden of the game. I really don’t want to judge young players.
I knew the feeling and once I was in that position when people talk about you. And I do not want to be a commentator. You need to tell the youngsters what mistakes they are making. But we need to strike a balance.’
Yuvraj also added that after a few years of his retirement, he might feel differently about the role of the commentator, but at the moment, he is eager to be a coach. “I think more like coaching than commentary. I don’t think my full-time job would be to commentary, “he said.
“But I agree I haven’t even retired for a year. I’ve played cricket for 25-30 years. I’m going to take a break right now. But after a few years, I will take up a call about what I want to do after my retirement.
