Former Australian cricketer Dean Jones is a continual physique on social media. The former middle-order batsman-turned commentator and coach, Jones can be seen being constantly involved in hilarious banter and posting humorous comments on the regular happenings of the game.
On Twitter Jones was recently involved in a very funny joke with India and Royal Challengers Banglore wicketkeeper-batsman Parthiv Patel on Twitter, where the end had the last laugh. It all began when Jones cheekily questioned about the Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise as to why they hold on to the Gujarat all-rounder for the upcoming Indian Premier League.
Then Patel had come with a fitting disapproving where he said, after that Parthiv Patel came up with a fitting reply, telling Jones: “So that u can be at peace during IPL in #selectdugout….”. But, the former Australian white-ball stalwart, Jones, has now done repeatedly.
On Twitter replying to the fan’s question where he had asked, “Got a question for you @ProfDeano. In 2020 who should open for RCB? Whether Kohli and Parthiv or Umesh and Kohli???” Jones took a push at Parthiv’s height and replied, I think @parthiv9 is too short!
I think @parthiv9 is too small ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 https://t.co/0MxNiXLr5g

Parthiv Patel had a successful 2019 IPL battle
Parthiv Patel is one of the few shining stars in what was in due course another gloomy season for the Royal Challengers Bangalore. The left-hander finished the Indian Premier League battle as the franchise third-highest run-scorer (373 in 14 matches). Eventually, the runs could not help RCB’s emerging campaign as the Virat Kohli-led franchise ended with a wooden spoon- winning just five of their 14 attachments and finishing at the nadir of the points table.
The question had come in the stage of Mumbai beating the hell out of the Punjab bowling attack in a Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy Super-League encounter where they scored 243 in 20 overs.
As fans were dragging RCB on the question, Parthiv came up with a reply that immediately went viral on social media. The left-handed asked RCB as to why do they want their side to go for 239 runs in 20 overs. And, you can look forward to the same on Dean Jones’s cheeky push in the coming days.
