India won the 4th Test against England to take a 1 match lead in their ongoing 5-match Test series. The Men in Blue bounced back in an orderly manner after a disappointing third Test at Headingley. This current generation of Indian cricketers certainly knows how to get a hold of the match. After a historic win at Australia last year, the Indians are one game away from breaching the English gate in 2021. India won their first Test at Oval in 50 years. Here is Reasons Why India Won The 4th Test At Oval.
This is a very special Test Match win. After being 127/7 on the first day, not many teams can make a comeback and win a away test the way Team India have done. That is why this is a very special Indian Team. Congratulations to everyone for playing their part in a memorable win. pic.twitter.com/9XDJCCrAwC

Reasons Why India Won The 4th Test At Oval
1) Shardul Thakur
This Indian side is filled with heroes. With every passing game, a new superstar stands up for the side. Shardul Thakur has won it for the Indians before and he did it again this time around as well. When the Indian batsmen dropped like a house of cards in the first innings, Thakur scored a quick half-century to help India get into a decent spot. Thakur took 2 wickets in the first innings and gathered 60 runs in the second innings. He sent English skipper Joe Root back to the pavilion in the second innings and with that, won the 4th Test for India.
2) Rohit Sharma
Once regarded as only a master of white-ball cricket, the “Hit-man” of India has certainly come up to the ranks of being a fine Test cricketer. Rohit Sharma has made the most of the recent opportunity he has got in Test cricket. Sharma nailed a solid 127 runs in the second innings to hand India a mammoth lead of 368 runs for the English to chase. Rohit Sharma stood strong in the favour of the Indians.

3) Jasprit Bumrah
Jasprit Bumrah is already an Indian bowling legend at the age of 27. He is unstoppable and unplayable. He traumatized the English batsmen on a dead pitch. Bumrah cleaned the English middle order in the second innings as Ollie Pope and Jonny Bairstow had no answers to his lethal deliveries. He snatched a total of 4 wickets in the 4th Test and was surely one of the prime reasons behind India’s win at the Oval.
