Women’s T20 World cup is in the final stage where the first time finalists (India Women) will be facing four-time champions (Australia Women) on March 8th at Melbourne cricket ground on International women’s day. At this stage, T20 world cup officials posted a video of a six-year-old girl showing her batting skills against a former Australian fast bowler Brett Lee. Taanisha Sen performed a straight drive first and aced the second shot when brett lee asked her to pull the ball. Looking at her batting style, Australian fastest bowler got nervous and said, “I’m nervous, it is like I’m seeing Sachin Tendulkar as a girl when he was six”.
“A six-year-old, holding her own against @BrettLee_58. @Neroli_Meadows introduces us to a star of the future, @Taanisha_Sen,” the video was captioned by T20 World Cup’s Twitter handle.
