“Someone’s Missing”: Rohit Sharma Trolls ICC entertainingly

Rohit Sharma Was not Satisfied With The ICC:

Rohit Sharma is one of the finest batsmen while playing against the short ball. It’s all because of his skill sets to play those types of fantastic shots, whether it is on the front foot or back foot.

When the International Cricket Council (ICC) tweeted and told fans to select a batsman, who plays the best pull shot, Rohit was dissatisfied when he did not see his name among the list of four players list.  He was feeling a little bit grumpy.

Because of the novel coronavirus pandemic, just like other sports, cricket is also brought on hold. Many Tweeter users post either past highlights, funny videos, or holding opinion polls as all the players are maintaining quarantine.

On Sunday (22nd March 2020) the ICC tweeted “Which batsman, past or present, has the best pull shot, in your opinion?” and added the message with a divided picture of Ricky Ponting, Viv Richards, Herschelle Gibbs, and Virat Kohli.

Replying to the tweet, Rohit Sharma wrote “Someone’s missing here ?? Not easy to work from home I guess”.

The International Cricket Council got more than 2K replies with a lot of Indian fans selecting Rohit Sharma over Virat Kohli, while the normal consensus was that Ricky Ponting, the earlier skipper of Australia had the best pull shot.

Previously, Kevin Pietersen chose Andrew Hudson, South Africa opener and faced disagreement vigorously from many Twitterati.

For the outbreaking of  Coronavirus, the whole world is coming to a standstill. Concerning the situation, Rohit shared his grief and looked at the brighter side of the lockdown.

Rohit Sharma:

He said “Through these extremely difficult and dangerous times, Mother Earth has found a way to heal. Our planet has shown us what a difference a lifestyle change can make even in a short amount of time”.

He also added, “We always wondered if it was too late to combat climate change but Mother Earth has shown us that we can reverse it and help her heal if we all do it together”.

The coronavirus pandemic has taken more than 13,000 lives to date while affecting over three lakh people, enforcing authorities to take strict measures to fight against it.
