Shreyas Iyer has been ruled out of the Ranji Trophy 2023-24 quarterfinals owing to back stiffness. Earlier, Iyer, who was part of the Indian team for the first 2 test against England, missed the third test with same reason. BCCI recently made it mandatory for the players to play in domestic cricket in order to play in IPL (Indian Premier League) and International Cricket.
