During the innings of Watson, many people noticed an injury on the knees of the all-rounder. Recently, in an interview, he revealed the fact. He said that he had absolutely no idea about the injury while playing. Earlier he has injured his knees in the innings after diving to finish a run.

While speaking to the CSK live on Instagram, he said “ I had really no idea that had happened. The blood was not until I was walking off after the run out in the final over and got it for CSK, the opportunity to win the title, I was walking off and saw blood stains as well as a cut through my pads. I thought, it must be occurred when I dived to complete a run in the final over.”

The interesting thing is that he got to know about the injury only after his wife told it in the next morning. Although Watson feels that it wouldn’t have mattered that much if he would have know it earlier.
