Worldwide the sports calendar was plunged into chaos as activities across the globe devastated by a coronavirus. Among the big-name activities swept away by a coronavirus, the pandemic was the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The Indian Cricket Control Board (BCCI) announced on Friday that IPL 2020 would be moved back from March 29 to April 15 amid mounting uncertainty. Former Australia cricket captain Shane Warne has taken to Twitter to ask his fans if the BCCI has canceled the most lucrative domestic cricket tournament in the country.
