Pakistani cricket has been in the doldrums for the major part of the last decade. Their teams have flattered to deceive more often than not. They got completely outplayed by New Zealand when they toured them recently albeit without their skipper, Babar Azam. But a Pakistani media news channel took things a bit too far to celebrate a pretty normal achievement otherwise. And it goes without saying that the news channel faced severe backlash for this.
