Lockie Ferguson Is Working Towards IPL

I Believes Health Is A Priority Now- Lockie Ferguson:

New Zealand pacer Lockie Ferguson said he is looking forward to preparation, and if the IPL happens amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he will work towards it.

The BCCI is looking at a window from October to November for a 13th cash-rich League edition which has been postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Ferguson will turn out for two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders, led by Dinesh Karthik.

Luckily here in New Zealand, we are going back to normal and doing our strength and conditioning. We will be going to do it next month or and, so I’ll start to get back to bowling slowly, and hopefully, coming September, there might be cricket, with rumors circulating in the IPL. I ‘m working for that and I’m looking forward to training, “Ferguson said.

When asked how hard it is for your body stress to cope up quickly after the case, Ferguson says, “The key to any sport, particularly cricket bowling where there’s a lot of stress, is that you have to train your body so that you can get used to this exercise for a certain period of time and give it an opportunity to learn how to do it again and increase your workload. It is amazing what your body can adjust to if you start out slowly, giving yourself more time.

Although Ferguson claimed that safety is a priority and that the right thing should be done, he said that nothing can beat playing in front of crowds.

Ferguson played ODI behind closed doors on March 13 in Sydney against Australia. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, this may be the new standard for cricket.

It Is Nice To Take Some Time Out For Yourself:

He said, “We were unsure whether or not we could play. “It was an interesting experience.”

“It was obvious that it took a lot of energy to get out of the series and many other sportive events closed down too. It was definitely very interesting to play this game. I know there are a few memes around me that hit me from the empty stands.

“What a fun thing is to play in front of crowds, you can not write it into words. The players love it just as the fans love its energy. Health now is clearly a priority and we all need to do the right thing, “the 28-year-old said.

Ferguson said he did a lot of meditation during the lockdown.

“I do many more meditations that are good and I really liked it. It’s been a fast time for me because we’ve had a routine now from Monday to Friday.

“I was kind of interested in creating a routine that includes meditation. But when you travel around, it can be difficult from time to time and you often forget to do so.

“I think it’s really good for people, certainly, and after it, I feel much better. It’s an opportunity to take control of your brain.

“Sometimes I assume that everyone is caught up in crazy thinking, but it’s good to take a break to slow down these thoughts, rather than worrying about the future or past too much.”
