Former Indian batter and domestic legend, Wasim Jaffer and former England captain, Michael Vaughan is social media rivals. On Sunday, the two senior cricketers were back at it on social media, with Vaughan repeating his comment about the final of the first World Test Championship. Furthermore, India and New Zealand will face off in the World Test Championship from June 18 to 22 in Southampton.

With the final only a few days away, Vaughan turned to his official Twitter account to praise the Black Caps. The former captain praised the Kiwis as a world-class side and predicted that they will win the final against India. New Zealand defeated England comfortably in the second Test match of the two-match series, following Vaughan’s tweet.

“NZ are a high-class team .. Read the situation with the Bat in hand, skillful with the ball & catch brilliantly .. Really fancy them to beat India next week .. #ENGvNZ,” Vaughan tweeted.

Wasim Jaffer, an active Twitter user, took notice of the English senior’s statement and humorously trolled him with a well-known meme. Jaffer reposted a meme that said, “Tera kaam ho gaya, tu ja (your work is done, you can go)” in response to Vaughan’s post.
