IPL: Top 10 ‘Made-in-IPL’ Superstars

This year, the Indian Premier League turns 13. In these 13 years of journey, IPL has assembled a huge fan base that no other cricket league has ever done in the country as well as across the whole world also. The most anticipated tournament, IPL has also succeeded to give many cricketers accomplishment and recognition.

Here we have collected the top 10 players who have got all success after making a powerful impact in the Indian Premier League.

10. Ambati Rayudu

Since 2010, Ambati Rayudu is playing in IPL and had been a part of the Mumbai Indians. In these eight editions, he appeared in 114 games and scored 2,418 runs. After being included in CSK in 2018, Rayudu has impressed all by playing 16 matches and scored 602 runs, the highest run in a single edition for any player.

9. Siddarth Kaul

Siddharth Kaul is a right-arm bowler who has not played enough games in IPL. But, by playing 38 matches only, he has done much. His outstanding performance in the IPL showed the way to get involved in the Indian team. Maybe this is the fastest progression made by any cricketer in years.

8. Krunal Pandya

After the 2015 IPL edition, Mumbai Indians found Krunal Pandya in Baroda, and in the 2016 edition, he played for the franchise. In the 2017 season, he proved that why Mumbai Indians brought him in. On that single day, the all-round performance brought him to the Indian team. Now Krunal Pandya has played T20I for the Indian cricket team.

7. Mohit Sharma

Mohit Sharma is another bowler who has become famous through IPL. After two outstanding IPL seasons in 2013 and in 2014, in 2015, he included in the World Cup team also.

6. Yuzvendra Chahal

Yuzvendra Chahal, who came from IPL and become a regular bowler in team India. In 2013, he played for the 1st time and the 2015 season was his standout year in the IPL, in which he played 15 matches and took 23 wickets. Only because of his IPL records, he is playing in the Indian team today.

5. Mohammed Siraj

Mohammed Siraj is another Indian bowler, who gives his success credit to IPL. Siraj came into the focus at the 2017 IPL. He impressed the Indian selectors by his pace and variations, because of which he was playing in T20Is for team India.

4. Manish Pandey

In the 2009 IPL, Manish Pandey came into the limelight when he hit the 1st century. Since then, he is famous as a cricketer with promise and he always delivers that promise. He played ODI for the 1st time in 2016 and since then he was a regular player for team India.

3. Suryakumar Yadav

In the 2012 edition, Suryakumar Yadav has begun his IPL career with KKR. But in the 2014 season, he got the opportunity to show his skills and scored at an average of 32 and a good strike rate of 140.

2. Hardik Pandya

Now, Hardik Pandya is a well-known name. In 2015 he made his IPL debut and in nine games, he became the part of the T20I Indian team. And in no time, he became a regular player in both T20I and ODI Indian squad.

For both the Indian cricket team and Mumbai Indians, Jasprit Bumrah is the stand-out player for the last couple of years. From such a young age, he became the leading bowler in the ICC ODI rankings. It has no doubt that he has a long way to go to this world of cricket.
