SRH Had Won The Toss And Had Elected To Bat:
With the early dismissals of Sunil Narine, Dinesh Karthik, and Nitish Rana, SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) struck back in the game. They posted a total of 142/4 in 20 overs after a fine half-century by Manish Pandey. After the quick dismissals of openers David Warner and Jonny Bairstow, SRH fought to score. KKR spinner Varun Chakravarthy, who recorded his maiden dismissal in the Indian Premier League ( IPL), dismissed Warner for 36 runs off 30 deliveries.
Earlier, in match eight of the IPL 2020 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Saturday, SRH won the toss and decided to field against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). After having suffered a loss in their campaign openers, both teams are heading into the match. SRH lost to Royal Challengers Bangalore by 10 runs while KKR suffered a 49-run defeat at the hands of defending champions Mumbai Indians.
