So here are some of the questions, you may want to ask but haven’t had an opportunity.
Why the postponement?
The obvious answer to this question is by concerning the situations of COVID-19 pandemic, important sporting tournaments with mass gatherings will be prohibited in 2020. The International Cricket Council (ICC) doesn’t want to organize world events without fans. Fans worldwide may reschedule their plans for the next tournament.
Why no declaration of dates or venues yet?
Due to not having any kind of certainty over when things will be normal once again to host vital sporting tournaments is still a critical question for all. But it is hopeful that very soon, it will be declared that where the 2020 postponed event will be held in Australia or India. The deferred tournament has been reorganized to the year 2022 but still, locations have not been finalized.

As of now, only we know that the final tournament of 2021 will be held on 14th November and the final of the 2022 event will be held on 13th November.
How Ticket holders manage?
Ticket Holders can save their tickets for the future. In case Australia organizes the event in the year 2021, tickets will valid and automatically it will be updated and reflect the new dates for the tournament on the ticket. In case Australia organizes in 2022, for tickets, the ticket holders will get a full refund. One can retain the tickets until a decision has been taken on new dates and new venues. And the refund requests can happen until 15th December 2020.
