Even though the former Indian captain Mahindra Singh Dhoni was not in contention of getting selected for the forthcoming West Indies series at home. India’s cricket team is all set to play 3T20s and 3 ODIs. Indian cricket audiences are criticizing the Indian selectors for their picks for the T20 international series.
On Friday, MSK Prasad, the chief selector of the Indian national cricket team, faced criticism from Indian fans after he announced the 15-men Indian line-up for their next home assignment against West Indies.
Stupid selection ahead of world T20. Thank you MSK Prasad for destroying our WC dream, for destroying Indian cricket single handly. #BringBackDhoni#BringBackDhoni#BringBackDhoni#BringBackDhoni#BringBackDhoni@MSKPrasad_ @SGanguly99 @BCCI @imVkohli pic.twitter.com/RP3rcfUCmw

The return of pacers Mohammed Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar was well received by the fans who followed the official announcement of the Twenty 20 International and ODI squads for the Windies series.
Though Indian fans were satisfied with Shivam Dube’s selection in the squad against West Indies, the selection of Rishabh Pant and omission of Sanju Samson made selectors the target of criticism on social media.
No offence to @RishabhPant17 he is a talented player but @IamSanjuSamson is in great form at present. Its an obvious unjustice to sanju samson that without giving him any chance he has been sent out of the squad. #SanjuSamson @BCCI

Is this selection committee or rejection committee? Based on performance and recent form @IamSanjuSamson should have been included. Is it that @BCCI is biased against South Indian players?
Pant has been performing very poorly and immaturely, this is bias from bcci#SanjuSamson— SaintLucifer (@Light_beare_r) November 21, 2019
#SanjuSamson is a similar player like rohit sharma who could score big with big sixes and, a match winner. This is the best tym to give rishab pant a break for his own good. @imvkohli @bcci

BCCI has not only Ruining the Confidence of Sanju Samson but Making an Ass out of itself by "Pick & Drop" policy! When Shivam Dube was given a Chance to prove himself Why over look Sanju without trying him out? #INDvsWI#SanjuSamson pic.twitter.com/H7nRyGtsp2

Shame on you @JayShah @SGanguly99 @imVkohli ……
You are trying to hide the talent of sanju samson and just nourishing the wastage like rishab pant…#SanjuSamson https://t.co/sPs2S6FJqk— kiran k.ingle (@kirankingle3) November 21, 2019
