Abhimanyu Mithun no-ball in Abu Dhabi T10 League

Pacer Abhimanyu Mithun confused spectators by bowling a way ahead of the line no-ball. It was an absolutely odd sight when Mithun tripped during a bowling alley in the fourteenth match of the competition, everyone was taken aback by how far his foot was from the crease. All of this occurred on Saturday during the Chennai Braves vs Northern Warriors game.

Social media users were quick to post videos and pictures of Mithun’s lavish no-ball after the incident, with some even wondering whether there was a suspicious element to it.

The degree to which Mithun’s foot passed the crease was extremely puzzling, even though overstepping is one of the most frequent no-ball situations in the game.

Talking about the game, The Chennai Braves, who batted second in the match won the 14th match of the Abu Dhabi T10 League by 5 wickets.

Batting first, Nothern Warriors posted a good score of 106 in 10 overs with the help of Rahmanullah Gurbaz’s (54 off 32), and Adam Hose’s (24* off 10).

Mohammad Nabi was the most economical bowler for Chennai Braves with 2 wickets. He gave only 11 in his 2-over spell.

Chasing the target of 107, the Chennai Braves only managed to score 21 in 3 overs while losing 2 wickets, but a steady knocks of Charith Asalanka (22* off 16), and an electrifying (27 off 10) guided The Chennai side to victory.
