In the 1st innings of the 21st match CSK VS KKR, which held at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, KKR scored 167 all out in 20 overs against CSK. The 1st innings was completely a bowlers’ day for MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings. And on his birthday, Dwayne Bravo was the highest wicket-taker as he claimed with fantastic figures of 3/37.

The opening batsman of CSK, Shane Watson and Faf du Plessis were off to a good begin after being handed a 168 runs target by KKR. But in the 3rd over only, Faf had to go after scoring 17 runs in 10 deliveries, dismissed by Shivam Mavi.
Then Shane Watson along with Ambati Rayudu had taken the charge and continuing CSK’s run-chase process. Shane Watson close to his half-century and on the 1st delivery of 12th over, Kamlesh Nagarkoti was able to remove Ambati Rayudu. In 27 deliveries, Rayudu scored 30 runs.

Then Ravindra Jadeja and Kedar Jadhav were at the crease. In the last 3 overs, Kedar Jadhav scored 7 runs off 12 and Ravindra Jadeja scored 21 off 8. But CSK couldn’t avoid defeat.
